We stopped in to see if State Farm(my agent for over 20 years) could help her with a better quote for her new car than USAA was giving her. From the moment we started our conversation, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to dig into our situation and really understand our needs and concerns. He ended up finding us some discounts that we didn't expect, helped fix some issues from mistakes another agency made, and we walked away very happy. He made the entire insurance process smooth and stress-free. Not only did they beat USAA's quote, even before any discounts were applied, but she now gets better coverage (added rental, and roadside assistance) giving us both some peace of mind.
